At EYRANO, we want you to feel confident about every purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help.
Whether you’ve received the wrong item, a damaged product, or need a different size, our team is here to assist you.

ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE REQUESTS

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged.
  • The size received is not suitable.

To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.


HOW EXCHANGES WORK

Once your request has been approved, EYRANO will guide you through the exchange process.
We currently cover exchange shipping costs for all approved exchange requests.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our team will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.


REFUNDS

Refunds are available for approved cases involving:

  • Damaged items.
  • Incorrect items received.
  • Eligible situations where an exchange cannot be completed.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS?

Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
If your refund has been approved but has not appeared within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your payment provider first.

WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE?

Exchanges or refunds are not available for:

  • Products delivered exactly as ordered, including the selected design, color, and size.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after use.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day exchange window.
